RACE NIGHT T.B.C.
The run of TACC in the Farmery Florist Trophy came to an end on the 13th July as they were beaten at home by Barnby Dun. BD batted fist and notched up 242-9 in their 40 overs after a century opening stand. In reply TACC were 50-4 after 10 overs, but were unable to chase down Barnby Dun's impressive total, and were eventually all out for 138. Congratulations to Luke Heriatge, he beat his previous best this season of 49 to reach his maiden half century, finishing on 53. Well done Hera!!
Good effort this year, nice to have a decent cup run!

The 1stXI has reached the Semi Final of the Farmery Florist Trophy in the PDCL. They will face Barnby Dun who are in Divison 2 of the PDCL, so this will be a tough test. After seeing of Ferrybridge and Thorne Colliery, TACC were drawn against Fishlake, but they failed to send a team to Bridge Lane Playing Fields on Sunday 22nd June, and as a result the 1stXI have a real chance of reaching thier first final since joining the PDCL ten years ago. Lets hope the sun shines on 13th July and our boys can progress to play either Ackworth or Rothwell in the Final. All playing members now have some impressing to do in the next few weeks to gain a place in the XI for the semi, as only players in form will be available for selection.
Good Luck boys!!
